Arestakes Nevcheherlian

Born in Yerevan, Armenia, on April 10, 1957, to French parents, Arestakes developed a strong interest in manual and practical work from an early age.

All his life, this self-taught man—curious by nature and passionate about architecture, masonry, carpentry, and many other diverse techniques and trades—has been insatiably drawn to hands-on work and on-site exploration.

He works in modeling, as well as woodcarving, stone carving, marble carving, and drawing.

Arestakes was awarded the title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2015.
