Why is the Académie de la Grande Chaumière still closed?

Dear Participants,

Many of you have been asking when the Academy will reopen.

Here is some information:
The Académie de la Grande Chaumière is one of the programs offered by the Académie Charpentier, a higher education institution that prepares students for art school entrance exams and trains future interior architects and designers.

As a result, we are not permitted to open to the public until September. To date, the Ministry of Higher Education has not yet announced a specific date.

We will let you know the reopening date as soon as it is officially announced, along with the conditions under which the Academy can resume its activities, in accordance with the health guidelines in effect at that time.

Until then, we will continue to offer you remote life drawing sessions, which have brought a great deal of satisfaction to many people in France and abroad over the past few weeks.

We're going to spend the summer together, and we're planning some nice surprises for you!!
