La Grande Chaumière in *Connaissance des Arts*

In this fall’s special issue of *Connaissance des Arts* on French cultural heritage, a two-page spread is devoted to the Académie de la Grande Chaumière. This should reassure participants and other supporters of our beloved Academy of the significance it holds within Parisian and French artistic heritage—and even as far afield as Asia and the United States, from where many artists come to us every month.
